Blacktown Hospital Regional Dialysis Centre

This multi-stage contract included both relocation, major civil works and internal fit outs. This project ran over two years and included 5 major stages with multiple minor refurbishment contracts worth over $41 million.
Campbelltown Hospital Redevelopment

The Campbelltown Hospital Redevelopment, Refurbishment and Decant Works Project consisted of eight separate stages to buildings A, B and C of the Campbelltown Hospital Campus. These works included the demolition and refurbishment of existing Hospital wards in areas ranging from physiotherapy, paediatrics, discharge lounge, maternity, birthing, patient records, theatres and the emergency dept.
Royal North Shore Hospital – Health Entities Relocation Consolidation (HERC)

This project involved several stages of internal refurbishments of existing Buildings for new Health Purposes including Douglas Building Levels 1 to 5, Building 33 – Orthopaedics and Building 35/36 Levels 1 to 5. The final stage was the full demolition of the existing Imaging Building to make way for the Construction of a new 70 place Childcare Centre, new site services, carpark, children’s playgrounds and landscaping.
John Hunter Hospital Refurbishment of Neonatal Intensive Care Unit

This project involved the demolition of the existing wards and office spaces, construction of new office spaces and the refurbishment of the existing Neonatal Intensive Care floor space to double the NICU beds from 30 from 55 making it the largest in the state. The objective was to not only create a state of the art hospital facility but to improve the basic facilities for staff and parents including privacy dividers between cribs, reclining chairs, mini fridges in each NICU and overnight parent rooms.
